This is Sebastien's most used form. Sebastien's human appearance stands at six foot, three inches, with raven-black hair, and eyes like fire, a red that seemed to burn holes into the pupils of those who gazed too deeply at him. His build athletic, but lean, giving him a slim figure, which is usually clad in a black overcoat and cloak, very similar to his royal attire. The overcoat covers black chainmail and the fine silk of his undergarments. The coat and the trim of his folded-up sleeves were embroidered with golden runes of protection and destruction, and the cloak was held up by a clasp made from an ancient medallion with his house insignia imprinted on the metal, an ancient currency his family once spread throughout their people before the three major courts joined. He also wore black boots, a clean and neat jabot around his neck, and the belt of the bastard sword's scabbard. The sword and scabbard rested at his side, the hilt always within reach.
Hybrid Appearance:
Sebastien only uses his form when addressing his Court, or the joined Courts of the three major species of dim Hollow. Sebastien's hybrid form stands at the height of six foot-five, two inches taller than it's human counterpart, and a lot bulkier. His face takes a more bat-like shape, the skin paling to an almost off-white coloration, his ears pointed and jutting out to increase his hearing. Before appearing in this form, Sebastien changes into his formal robes, the Ceremonial Robes of House Rey, a flashy, but skillfully designed robe of black and gold, much like his normal attire, but very obvious in class and stature. The loosely fitting material of his royal garb also has a device embedded into the fabric that activates a mechanism that pulls the fabric closer to his skin when in battle, allowing The Count to move with less resistance.
Full Vampire Appearance:
Each Pureblood House of Vampire has their own full form, abilities, and history, and the House of Rey was always a unique a secretive family that rarely showed themselves fully to those who's lives were long for the world. The Rey's were a family of electricly charged beings that could fuse the electric currents within and around them and alter their forms to better harness the element. This form is extremelt agile and accurate, using the links between the electrical currents moving through all matter to pinpoint where to strike. Upon the hands are long, boney claws, used to shred flesh and better aim the electrical attacks.
Personality:
Sebastien is a suave, calm and collected individual with one major flaw, beyond taking care of his daughter and the Vampire Court, he is completely self-centered. He loves to hear the sound of his own voice, which his official ranking within the Three Courts, and his ranking within in own family allows him plenty of time to talk away. He is a dedicated father when it comes to taking care of his daughter, making sure that the chils never went without. In terms of his court, he ruled with honor, an iron fist, and the cold, but electrified blood of the Reys. His rewards to his people were grand, but the punishments were feared by even those of the undead, for what sort of torture did creatures of the night deem worthy to give them nightmares? Whatever they were, Sebastien had found them. Outside of the court and his daughter, Sebastien was always off doing some task for himself, or ordering someone to do a task for him. If he did not had some sort of plan in action, he felt useless and unworthy of his title, and being the first Rey to hold the title, he would not inaction on his part be know, unless he wanted to anger his ancestors.
